What exactly do I get?

A spreadsheet workbook (Excel and Google Sheets) plus guides in Word and printable PDF. The Starter Kit includes the Afternoon Sprint, Prompt Builder, 30-day calendar and 5 checklists. The Complete System adds the Industry Playbook, Results Log and Dashboard, Budget Calculator, Email Guide, Welcome Sequence and Caption Pack, and a 17-page example walkthrough with two filled-in example workbooks. You download everything right after purchase.

What do I need to use it?

Microsoft Excel or a free Google account for the workbook, and any AI chat tool for the prompts. Free versions of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini work fine. No macros, no add-ons.

Do I need marketing experience?

No. The Start Here tab and Afternoon Sprint tell you what to do, which prompt to use and how long each step takes. Most people finish their first plan in about 3 hours.

Will it work for my type of business?

It is built for small businesses that sell products online or services locally. In the Complete System, the Industry Playbook tailors ideas for five business types, and the two example workbooks show one online shop and one local studio.

Does the AI write my content for me?

The prompts help you get useful first drafts fast. Always review and edit them so they are accurate and sound like you.

How does the dashboard work?

In the Complete System, you log each post, email or ad in the Results Log. Pick a date range, and optionally a campaign, and the dashboard totals your results for that period, with goal progress, a six-week trend and two charts.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and keep the files forever.

Can I upgrade from Starter later?

Yes. You can buy the Complete Marketing System whenever you are ready.

What is your refund policy?

If a file won’t open or the kit isn’t what we described, email ben@marketmintkits.com within 14 days. We’ll fix it, and if we can’t, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
