Refund Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

MarketMint kits are digital downloads you keep forever, so we handle problems by fixing them first. If we can’t make it right within 14 days of your purchase, we refund you in full.

What’s covered

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

  • A file is missing, corrupted or won’t open in Excel, Google Sheets, Word or a PDF reader

  • The kit doesn’t match what the product page described

  • You were charged twice or bought the wrong kit by mistake

How it works

  1. Email ben@marketmintkits.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps.

  2. We reply within 2 business days with a fix, a replacement file or step-by-step help.

  3. If the problem still isn’t solved, or we can’t fix it, we refund your full purchase price to your original payment method.

  4. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, Stripe or PayPal.

Bought the wrong kit? We’ll refund the difference or swap you to the right one within 14 days.

What’s not covered

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

  • Changing your mind after downloading, when the files work as described

  • Marketing results. The kit is a planning tool, and results depend on your business, offer and effort.

When a refund is issued, your license to use the kit ends and we ask that you delete the files.
