MarketMint collects only what it needs to deliver your kit, send the emails you ask for and understand how the site is used. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • Name, email and billing address when you buy a kit, to deliver your download, send receipts, and handle refunds and taxes.

  • Payment details when you check out. These are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

  • Email address when you request the free walkthrough or sign up for tips, to send the walkthrough and occasional marketing tips.

  • Messages you send us, to answer questions and support requests.

  • Device and usage data (pages viewed, browser, approximate location, referring site) when you visit the site, through cookies and similar tools, to measure traffic and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run MarketMint:

  • Squarespace hosts the site, processes orders, stores contacts and sends our emails

  • Stripe and PayPal process payments

  • Google Analytics measures site traffic

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures our ads through the Meta Pixel and may show MarketMint ads to people who visited the site

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and ad tracking

The site uses cookies for checkout, analytics and ad measurement. You can choose which non-essential cookies to allow in the cookie banner, block cookies in your browser, or opt out of personalized ads in your Meta ad settings and at optout.aboutads.info.

Emails

You get marketing emails only if you sign up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly. Order and support emails are sent as needed.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. Email ben@marketmintkits.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.

Children

MarketMint is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
